Internal tools and dashboards.
Internal tools for Singapore SMEs: the small, unglamorous software your own team uses all day. Done well, it gives everyone hours back.
What it is
Internal tools are the screens nobody outside your company ever sees: the admin page where orders get updated, the dashboard the owner looks at on Monday, the form the warehouse fills in. They are usually the biggest time sink in a business and the last thing anyone budgets for.
We build them small and specific. One tool for one job, connected to the data you already have, on the devices your team already carries. No training course needed.
What we can build
- Dashboards. Sales, cash, stock or jobs on one screen, pulled from the systems you already use.
- Admin screens. A proper page for editing orders, prices or customers, instead of editing the database or a spreadsheet by hand.
- Stock counts on a phone. Scan or tap, count, done. No clipboard, no retyping.
- Approvals. Leave, purchases, discounts or quotes routed to the right person with one tap to approve.
- Reports that write themselves. The weekly numbers in your inbox or chat every Monday, without anyone building them.
- Onboarding and checklists. New staff, new outlets, new vehicles: the same steps every time, tracked.
How we work
Tell us what you need
A few lines on WhatsApp or email is plenty. A photo of the spreadsheet or the whiteboard helps.
Get a plan and a quote
We write down what we’d build and what it will cost before any work starts.
Try it as we go
You use working versions along the way, so changes happen early, while they’re easy.
Go live
It runs on your own accounts and the code is yours. We stay around for fixes and whatever comes next.
What affects cost and timeline
- Where the data lives now. A clean database or a well-known SaaS tool is quick to connect; a pile of spreadsheets takes longer.
- How many people and roles use it. One screen for the office is simpler than role-based access for several teams.
- Read-only or editing. A dashboard that shows numbers is a smaller job than a tool that changes records.
- Phones and offline use. Field tools need to behave in a lift or a basement.
- Reports and exports. PDFs, Excel exports and scheduled emails are each a bit of work.
Questions people ask
Can it read from the software we already use?
Usually yes. Most accounting, point-of-sale and e-commerce tools have a way to get data out, and we connect to that rather than asking your team to enter things twice.
Our process is a bit messy. Does it have to be tidied up first?
No. Building the tool is often how the process gets tidy, because it forces a few decisions. We sort that out together while scoping.
Is a dashboard a big project?
Not usually. A first version that shows the few numbers you actually look at is a small job, and it can grow from there.
What if we outgrow it?
The code is yours and it is built on ordinary, widely used technology, so it can be extended by us or by anyone else.
