Software for retail and e‑commerce.
One stock count, one order desk, one product list, across the marketplaces, the webshop and the shop floor.
Where custom work fits
Selling in several places is normal now: a marketplace or two, a webshop, a physical store, maybe wholesale. Each has its own stock number, its own order list and its own idea of what a product is called. Overselling an item that sold out elsewhere, and the cancellations and ratings hit that follow, is the classic symptom.
We build the layer that sits across the channels: one stock figure, one order desk, one product list, and the counting and reordering tools that keep them accurate. Where a subscription tool already does this well for your channels, we’ll tell you.
What we can build for retailers
- Stock synced across channels. A sale on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or at the counter updates one stock figure, so nothing oversells.
- One order desk. Orders from every channel in one list, picked, packed and shipped from one screen, with tracking sent back to the channel.
- Stock counts on a phone. Scan, count, done. Differences are shown, not discovered at year end.
- Reorder lists. What’s running low, how fast it sells, what to order from which supplier, and when.
- One product list for every channel. Names, variants, photos and prices kept in one place and pushed out, instead of edited five times.
- Customer records and loyalty you own. Who bought what, across channels, and a points or member scheme without a platform fee on each order.
- Wholesale and B2B portals. Trade customers order from their own price list and see their invoices, without emailing a spreadsheet.
- Accounting sync. Sales, fees and payouts posted to your accounting software by channel, so month end stops being a reconciliation project.
What we build around
Marketplaces and webshop platforms offer merchant connections of varying quality, and they change their rules. We check what your channels expose before quoting. Point-of-sale systems usually export or connect; older ones sometimes don’t, and then a nightly export is the realistic option.
Where to start
If overselling is the problem, start with stock sync for the two channels that hurt most. If it’s time, start with the single order desk. Product data and loyalty come after the basics are steady.
Questions people ask
Do you build webshops?
Small ones, yes, when a platform fee on every order makes no sense for a handful of products. For a full catalogue we would usually suggest a webshop platform and build the stock, order and product tools around it.
Can you connect to Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop?
Usually, through the merchant connections they offer sellers. What each allows changes over time, so we check your accounts and channels before quoting.
We are on a subscription inventory tool already. Why custom?
If it does the job, keep it. Custom work makes sense when your channels, bundles, wholesale pricing or counting process do not fit the tool, and you are working around it in spreadsheets.
Does it work with our point of sale?
Most modern POS systems export or connect, and we use that. If yours does not, we will say so and suggest the least painful route.
