Software for clinics.
Booking, reminders, recalls and front-desk tools, built around the clinic management system you already run instead of replacing it.
Where custom work fits
A clinic’s core system, the one holding patient records, prescriptions and claims, lives in a regulated space: Healthier SG enrolment, NEHR contribution and the data rules that come with them. That system should come from a clinic-system vendor that supports Healthier SG and NEHR, and we don’t try to replace it.
What we build is everything around it: the patient-facing bits (booking, reminders, forms) and the front-desk bits (queue, recalls, dashboards) that most clinic systems do half-heartedly or not at all. Where an existing tool, including a government one, already covers a need, we say so.
What we can build for clinics
- Online booking that respects real slots. Doctor, room and duration aware, with the front desk keeping control of walk-ins.
- Reminders that cut no-shows. WhatsApp or SMS the day before and the morning of, with a one-tap confirm or reschedule, sent only to patients who’ve agreed to it.
- Queue updates to the phone. Patients register, step out, and get called back when they’re next.
- Intake forms before the visit. Allergies, history and consent filled in on a phone at home, ready at the counter.
- Recall lists. Who is due for a chronic review, a vaccination, a scaling or a follow-up, with messages that go out on schedule.
- A front-desk dashboard. Today’s load by doctor, no-shows, waiting times and what’s running late.
- Consumables and stock. What’s on the shelf, what’s expiring, what to reorder, across branches.
- Multi-branch rosters and reports. Doctors, rooms and staff across locations, with the owner’s numbers in one place.
Patient data and the PDPA
Patient data is sensitive, so we keep as little of it outside the clinic system as the feature allows, store what we must in accounts the clinic controls, log who saw what, and build consent and opt-outs into every message. If a tool needs data from the clinic system, we connect through the vendor’s supported route rather than scraping or copying.
Where to start
Start with the thing the front desk complains about most. Reminders and recalls are small, self-contained builds, so they make a good first step; booking and queue can follow, then dashboards and stock. We’ll suggest an order after a short chat.
Questions people ask
Do you build clinic management systems?
No. The core system with patient records, prescriptions and claims should come from a clinic-system vendor that supports Healthier SG and NEHR. We build the booking, reminder, recall and front-desk tools around it.
Can you connect to our clinic system?
It depends on the vendor. Where they offer a supported way to exchange data, we use it. Where they don’t, we build tools that work alongside the system without touching its records, and we tell you which is which before quoting.
Are WhatsApp reminders allowed?
Yes, with the patient’s consent and a way to opt out. We build the consent step and the opt-out into the tool, and use an approved messaging provider rather than a personal phone.
Is this only for GP clinics?
No. Dental, TCM, aesthetic, physio and specialist clinics tend to need the same things: fewer no-shows, a calmer front desk, and recalls that actually go out.
